Earl has over 23 years experience in the technology industry and 12 years experience in the textbook industry. Prior to joining the C.A. Jones Management Group, Earl owned and operated an off-campus book store, led an advanced product development team in the automotive industry, developed and engineered several software and electronics solutions.

In his current role, Earl developed the Logi-text POS system, which plays a major role in advance product development teams, and provides a wealth of knowledge and leadership to support the company's continued growth.
